Page 7, "Birds Fly Over the Rainbow":

The pages were covered with a thin yellow watercolor paint wash. The rainbow is made from torn bits of tissue paper. The birds are cut from scraps of paper and buttons added for a whimsical look. The right side of the page was stitched with yarn which also shows on the next page. I have promised myself to learn some more exviting paint techniques before I begin my next book.
