Page 5, "Make a little birdhouse in your soul":

Various ink-stamps were splattered across the book's pages and only a section on the bottom right was covered with paper.... actually that was cover up a boo boo. A computer-printed image was glued on the left and covered with a white-on-white printed velum to soften it and make it appear like a dream. I tore a hole through the page on the right so that you could see through to the nest on the next page.
