Page 35, "I'm no Angel but I've spread my wings a bit":

When I found this Mae West quote, I knew I had to use it with my own photo. So I made a moveable parts doll.. the arms and legs move on brads. The skirt is a bit of metallic mesh and the face is me. The legs will swivel around and up so they will be inside the page when it closes. I started stamping ladybugs on the right side page and reading the original book's text, noticed that it spoke of a pale-skinned blonde woman. I decided to leave that text as readable and frame it with the ladybugs (my nickname is ladybug, by the way).
