Page 26, "Superman":

This is the page where I used a photo of my middle son. Searching through albums I found one where he was looking upwards with a resolute expression, scanned the photo, and superimposed just his head on Superman. I added a bit of building tops and the text, then printed it all on clear acetate and attached with brads over the mottled background paper... a nice effect I thought because all the other papers I tried made the pale skin tones on the acetate look too dark and unreal. A few buttons on the right carried the reds and blues to the other side.
